Gift Certificate Value & Inclusions
Gift certificates are valid only for the photography services and inclusions listed at the time of purchase. Each gift certificate includes the session details and number of edited images specified on the certificate. Additional images, products, or services are not included unless explicitly stated and may be purchased separately.

Expiration
Gift certificates do not expire earlier than five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Illinois law. Gift certificates not redeemed within this time frame may be considered void.

Non-Refundable & No Cash Value
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Scheduling & Availability
All sessions are subject to photographer availability and must be scheduled in advance. Gift certificates do not guarantee availability on a specific date or time. Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons.

Pricing Changes
Gift certificates reflect the pricing, services, and inclusions purchased at the time of sale and are not affected by future pricing changes.

Image Delivery
The number of edited images delivered varies by session type and package. The included image count will be honored as specified on the gift certificate. RAW files are not provided.

Upgrades & Add-Ons
Additional images, extended session time, travel beyond the included area, or other add-ons may be purchased separately at current rates.

Lost or Stolen Certificates
Lost, stolen, or unused gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Agreement to Terms
Purchase or use of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as Jamie Christine Photography’s standard client agreement.
