1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session date and is applied toward your total balance. Dates are not considered booked until the retainer is paid. Remaining balances are due on or before the day of your session.

By submitting payment (credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or other electronic methods), you authorize Jamie Christine Photography to charge your selected payment method for the services booked. All fees paid toward your session are non-refundable, as your date and time are reserved exclusively for you. carry glossier.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather

Life happens — and so does weather. If conditions become unsafe or unworkable (high winds, storms, lightning, snow, or icy roads), Jamie Christine Photography reserves the right to reschedule or move the session indoors.

Clients may request a reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit all fees paid and may not be rescheduled. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the clients scheduled after you.

3. Studio Policies

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled session begins to ensure time to park. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times to ensure safety around studio equipment and props. Any damage caused to equipment, props, or furniture is the responsibility of the client.

4. Digital Delivery & Gallery Expiration

Galleries are delivered within the estimated timeframe discussed at booking. Galleries remain active for a limited time; please download your images before the expiration date.

Downloading any portion of your gallery confirms your acceptance of the final images. Once downloaded, refunds or disputes cannot be issued.

5. Editing, Retouching & Artistic Style

You’re here because you love real moments — the chaotic, the honest, the in-between. All images are edited in my true-to-color, candid, storytelling style. That style is part of my creative process and is considered final.

Basic retouching is included. Extensive edits (head swaps, body modifications, object removal, etc.) are available for an additional fee. RAW/unedited files are never released.

6. Copyright & Usage

Jamie Christine Photography retains full copyright to all images.

Clients receive a personal-use license that allows printing and sharing for personal use only. Images may not be altered with filters or edited by any third party.
Commercial use (such as brands, venues, wedding vendors, or publications) requires written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

7. Safety & Conduct

Safety always comes first. Sessions may be paused or adjusted if conditions become unsafe. Parents are responsible for the behavior and supervision of children throughout the session.

Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward Jamie Christine Photography or anyone present may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By booking a session, the client agrees not to dispute charges except in cases of actual fraud. Chargebacks, reversals, or unauthorized payment disputes will be challenged and may result in additional fees the client is responsible for (bank fees, platform fees, legal fees, etc.).

Once images have been delivered or downloaded, all sales are final. Any chargebacks initiated in cases other than actual fraud will result in banning of future services.

9. Communication & Turnaround Time

I strive to communicate clearly and promptly during regular business hours. Turnaround times may vary slightly during busy seasons, but I will always keep you updated and deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, making a payment, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions set forth by Jamie Christine Photography. All sessions will require signing a contract reiterating above terms and conditions.

Because of that, I offer the following Conditional Guarantee:

● You will receive a gallery that reflects my authentic, candid, true-to-color style — the same style shown throughout my portfolio and website.
● Your session will be handled with professionalism, care, and clear communication.
● I will use my training, creative judgment, and experience to capture meaningful moments and tell your story honestly and intentionally.
● I will deliver images that meet the technical and artistic standards consistent with my body of work.

Because photography involves variables that cannot be controlled, this guarantee does not apply to:

● Preferences for poses, angles, expressions, or outcomes that differ from my artistic style
● Weather conditions or natural lighting changes
● Wardrobe, hair, makeup, or personal appearance issues
● Child behavior, cooperation, or attention span
● Requests for outcomes that contradict my artistic approach
● Situations in which the client is late, unprepared, or does not follow session instructions
● Regret after images are delivered or after the gallery is downloaded

This guarantee also does not apply to RAW files, which are never released.

conditional Guarantee 

If you believe your final gallery does not reflect the quality or style represented in my portfolio, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery.

All concerns are reviewed case by case and solutions, if any, are offered at the sole discretion of Jamie Christine Photography.

Once any part of the gallery has been downloaded, the client waives all rights to request re-edits, adjustments, reshoots, or any form of credit or refund.
